2025 Classic-GTe Class @ Stafford Outdoor Raceway
Classic-GTe Class - 2025
Our "Classis-GTe" class at Staffod Outdoor Raceway creates a more relaxed class where the whole idea is for racers to have fun. In ‘CLASSIC” the class will allow the Tamiya TT01/02, Carten and TC3 style of tub chassis. There will be two different leagues:
F1 will be 15t brushed motor or 17.5 brushless fixed timed motor, from any manufacturer.
F2 will be 21T brushed motor. From any manufacturer.
Whilst we are keeping the regulations relatively simple we ask racers are asked to enter
into the spirit of this series. This will help keep car setup
and driving skill the things that matter.

Please note that the Classic-GTe F1 and F2 classes could (depending on entries) race in mixed heats with the 2WD (Frontie Class)

In effect we will be in line with the Iconic Stock
Touring Car and Iconic Super Stock Touring Car classes.
We will be sticking with the "Tub"style chassis as"Pan"style
flat chassis have shown to be a lot faster.
Bodies to be 4 door saloon or a GT style shell. No
jelly/blob shells or Pikes Peak style of thing.
As mentioned above we will monitor this over a trial
period and could fine tune to suit. As the season
approaches we will firm up the rules if needed to ensure
as equal racing as possible. Tyres will remain "open" as
previous years.
